Transfer/Substitution Policy:
If you are no longer able to attend the in-person event, you may request your registration be transferred to another individual within your organization as a substitution. Only one substitution will be allowed per registration.
All transfer or substitution requests must be made in writing prior to May 13, 2022 and sent to amydoty@meetingsandsuch.com.
Cancelation/Refund policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing by May 13, 2022. Refunds will be given less a $75.00 USD processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 13, 2022.
Exceptions to this policy will be given if canceling due to COVID-19 illness or suspected illness. If you are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms (see CDC list) or have been exposed to COVID-19 in the 2 weeks prior to the conference, we ask you to cancel your registration immediately, without penalty. If you are required to cancel your conference registration due to possible infection, illness or caring for an ill household/family member, please send a request in writing to receive a full refund or make a substitution to a colleague, whichever is most appropriate for your situation.
