  • Open to organizations certified to one of the three SFI Standards (Forest Management, Fiber Sourcing, or Chain of Custody), or organizations in the process of becoming certified to the SFI Standards.

Students and Young Professionals

  • Open to students and young professionals (aged 18–30) who are accepted into the four-month SFI Conference Green Mentor Program. This all-expenses-paid opportunity will cover conference registration, travel, food, and hotel costs. Interested applicants can learn more here.
  • There are limited spots available in the program, so interested individuals should understand that there is no guarantee they will be accepted into the program if they apply.

Multiple Employee Discount If 3 or more of your organization’s employees register as a group, you’ll receive 10% off each full price registration. No coupon code needed, as the discount will automatically be applied.

Virtual Attendee

Open to all individuals wishing to participate in the SFI|PLT Conference virtually. Access content via our virtual event platform (Whova/Zoom); engage via Q&A during general sessions; and interact with other conference participants.  Virtual participation includes access to:

  • all Tuesday PM & Wednesday AM SFI general sessions;
  • all Wednesday PM & Thursday AM joint SFI|PLT general sessions;
  • 1 concurrent session on Thursday AM during the SFI/PLT joint sessions;
  • (PLT Network members only) Thursday PM and Friday AM/PM PLT Conference general sessions and select breakout sessions

Transfer/Substitution Policy:

If you are no longer able to attend the in-person event, you may request your registration be transferred to another individual within your organization as a substitution.  Only one substitution will be allowed per registration.

All transfer or substitution requests must be made in writing prior to May 13, 2022 and sent to amydoty@meetingsandsuch.com.

Cancelation/Refund policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing by May 13, 2022. Refunds will be given less a $75.00 USD processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 13, 2022.

Exceptions to this policy will be given if canceling due to COVID-19 illness or suspected illness. If you are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms (see CDC list) or have been exposed to COVID-19 in the 2 weeks prior to the conference, we ask you to cancel your registration immediately, without penalty.  If you are required to cancel your conference registration due to possible infection, illness or caring for an ill household/family member, please send a request in writing to receive a full refund or make a substitution to a colleague, whichever is most appropriate for your situation.
