Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET. Rate and space available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and may fill up before April 27 cut-off, so book soon.

Deposit
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night’s room & tax charge to a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by this method.

Deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled two days (48 hours) prior to check-in date/time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund on their deposit.

Travel to and from the airport

If you’re arriving by air, you’ll most likely be flying into the Minneapolis-St.Paul International Airport (MSP), located just 20 minutes via car from the hotel.

Conference attendees can take advantage of the most convenient public transportation option in Minneapolis, the Metro Blue Line, to get to the hotel. The Government Plaza station is a ten minute walk from the hotel.  We suggest using Google Maps to help you navigate.

You may also hail a taxi or Uber/rideshare from the airport. Taxi rides average $39-$49 USD one-way. Rideshares average $20-$40 USD, depending on demand and time of day.

How to Get to the Metro Station at the Minneapolis-St.Paul International Airport:  

To find the Terminal 1 platform, follow signs to the baggage claim and then go down the escalator for the tram to the METRO Blue Line station. Take the Tram all way to the Red/Blue Ramps, then take the escalators down to the station platform.

Get to the Terminal 2 platform by taking the escalator near Ticketing to the Orange Ramp skyway. From there, follow signs to the LRT station and then go down one level to the platform.

Tickets/Pricing: Purchase tickets at a ticket machine, which can be found on the platform or through the Metro Transit app. A one-way trip downtown will cost you $2.50 during rush hour times and $2.00 at all other times. Tickets are valid for 2.5 hours.
