SFI Negotiated Hotel Room Rate Cut-off date
Friday, April 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Rate and space available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and may fill up before April 10 cut-off, so book soon.
Deposit
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night’s room & tax charge to a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by this method.
Deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled one day (24 hours) prior to check-in date/time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund on their deposit.

Travel to and from the airport
If you’re arriving by air, you’ll most likely be flying into the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL), located just 25 minutes via car from the hotel.
Conference attendees can take advantage of the most convenient public transportation option in Montréal, the Line 747 bus and the line 2 subway, to get to the hotel which will take approximately 55 minutes. We suggest using Google Maps to help you navigate.
You may also hail a taxi or Uber/rideshare from the airport. Rideshares average $40 CAD, depending on demand and time of day. The cost for a taxi from the airport to the Westin Montréal is a fixed rate of $41.00 CAD. This fare applies to trips between the airport and downtown, including the Westin, and is a flat rate that does not change with traffic or the time of day.
How to Get to the Bus Line 747 at the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport:
- YUL Montreal-Trudeau airport: the stop is located at door 28.
Tickets/Pricing: Accepted methods of payment are cash, Interac debit cards, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Tickets can also be purchased at the STM information counter in the international arrivals area. Note that the fare can also be paid in exact change directly on the bus; the fare is $11.25 CAD per person. Only coins are accepted (no paper bills).
