Multiple Employee Discount:
If your organization registers 3 or more employees, and you are not already using another discount code, you’ll receive 10% off each full price registration.
Except as noted, registration includes:
- Access to all joint programming events
- 2 breakfasts (Wednesday/Thursday)
- 2 lunches (Wednesday/Thursday)
- 1 reception with finger food and 2 drink tickets (Tuesday)
- Offsite dinner with 2 drink tickets and entertainment (Wednesday)
- PEFC members: additional access to all PEFC events (Monday AM/PM and Thursday PM)
- SFI participants: additional access to Thursday PM events
Field trip is optional add-on.
Transfer/Substitution Policy:
- If you are no longer able to attend the in-person event, you may request your registration be transferred to another individual within your organization as a substitution. This request should be made in writing to events@forests.org.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Cancellations must be made in writing to events@forests.org.
- Cancellations made prior to April 1, 2023, will be refunded minus a $100.00 CAD processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 1, 2023. Exceptions to this policy will be given if cancelling due to COVID-19 illness or suspected illness.
- If you are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19 in the week prior to the conference, or test positive for COVID-19, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization or transition your registration to a virtual registration. You may also contact us at events@forests.org to discuss.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
Continuing education credits will be offered for the SFI Conference/PEFC Week from the Society of American Foresters, Canadian Institute of Forestry, The Wildlife Society, Association of BC Forest Professionals, and American Institute of Architects. For more details, stop by the conference registration desk at the hotel.
