Except as noted, registration includes:

Transfer/Substitution Policy:

  • If you are no longer able to attend the in-person event, you may request your registration be transferred to another individual within your organization as a substitution. This request should be made in writing to events@forests.org.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to events@forests.org.
  • Cancellations made prior to April 1, 2023, will be refunded minus a $100.00 CAD processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 1, 2023. Exceptions to this policy will be given if cancelling due to COVID-19 illness or suspected illness.
  • If you are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19 in the week prior to the conference, or test positive for COVID-19, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization or transition your registration to a virtual registration. You may also contact us at events@forests.org to discuss.


Continuing education credits will be offered for the SFI Conference/PEFC Week from the Society of American Foresters, Canadian Institute of Forestry, The Wildlife Society, Association of BC Forest Professionals, and American Institute of Architects.
