Except as noted, registration includes:
- Access to all joint programming events
- 2 breakfasts (Wednesday/Thursday)
- 2 lunches (Wednesday/Thursday)
- Tuesday evening reception
- Wednesday offsite dinner
Registration Discounts
- Multiple Employee Discount – If 3 or more of your organization’s employees register as a group, you’ll receive 10% off each full-price registration
- Share SFI – Bring a first-time conference attendee with you and receive a 10% discount for you and the new attendee. Good for full-price registrations only.

Transfer/Substitution Policy:
- If you are no longer able to attend the in-person event, you may request your registration be transferred to another individual within your organization as a substitution. This request should be made in writing to events@forests.org.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Cancellations must be made in writing to events@forests.org.
- Cancellations made prior to May 7, 2024, will be refunded minus a $100.00 USD processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 7, 2024. Exceptions to this policy will be given if cancelling due to COVID-19 illness or suspected illness.
- If you are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19 in the week prior to the conference, or test positive for COVID-19, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization or transition your registration to a virtual registration. You may also contact us at events@forests.org to discuss.
